Leadership Pipeline

Leadership Pipeline helps churches to develop their own people. Leadership Pipeline focuses on six core development competencies: discipleship, vision, strategy, collaboration, people development, and stewardship. Each competency contains specific learning objectives appropriate to four common leadership levels found within a church: volunteers, leaders, ministry directors, and senior leadership. Implementing Leadership Pipeline at your church ensures that you equip all people to grow and serve well within your church.
